Configure your operating hours so your AI knows when you're open.
Why Hours Matter
Your AI uses business hours to:
- •Tell callers if you're open or closed
- •Use different greetings for after-hours calls
- •Schedule appointments only during available times
- •Provide accurate "when we open" information
Setting Your Hours

Go to Dashboard → AI Setup

Find the Business Hours section

Toggle each day on/off and set opening/closing times

Click Save
24/7 AI Availability
Your AI receptionist answers calls 24/7 regardless of business hours. The hours setting only affects what information the AI tells callers and when appointments can be scheduled.
Time Zone
Business hours are based on your account's time zone. Set this in Settings.
