How does the Google Calendar integration work?

When a caller asks to book an appointment, EnoDesk checks your Google Calendar in real time for available slots. It offers the caller options, confirms the time, creates the calendar event, and sends the caller a text confirmation — all during the call.

Is the Google Calendar connection secure?

Yes. EnoDesk uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol. Your Google password is never stored. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Does it avoid double-bookings?

EnoDesk checks the connected primary calendar's busy times before offering a slot. Another person can still change the calendar between that check and booking, so a conflict is possible.

Can I use multiple Google Calendars?

Not yet. The current connection checks and books on the Google account's primary calendar; it does not check every visible calendar.

Do callers get a confirmation?

Yes. After booking, the caller receives an SMS with the appointment date, time, and your business details. The event also appears on your Google Calendar with the caller's information.

Which plans include Google Calendar booking?

Starter ($49.99/mo), Pro ($149.99/mo), and Business ($299.99/mo) include appointment booking. Lite does not include AI appointment booking.

Can any customer connect Google Calendar now?

Not yet. The connection is available to invited test accounts while Google's public verification is in progress. We will announce when it is open to all eligible customers.
